It was good to hear from you, I was going to contact you anyway to say a very big thank you from both of us.
This was our 7th move in the last 16 years so we have had some experience and I can honestly say that you have given us the best stress free move ever.
Matt, Rich & Adam were great, very friendly and cheerful, they worked really hard and did a very quick job. Nothing was too much trouble.
We will be in touch with Hilary & Gary at Devon Aspects as we will be selling the barn, No 9 The Yannons, in the near future, we will be very happy to recommend you and you team. We know a lot of people in your area, it is always good to get work through recommendation as we did.

Thank you very much for making our house move so seamless. You were friendly and professional from the outset. It was great to meet the team and have a chance to discuss any issues specific to our move and property. Nothing was too much effort for the removals team and everything from start to finish went perfectly.
With a young family moving house can be an anxious time but our experience with you was the complete opposite. The team were very efficient and friendly. They were so thoughtful with the things left unpacked for the children, husband and myself. As a result the morning of the move we had everything we needed to start the day with as little interruption as possible.
On arrival at our new house all the boxes ended up in exactly the right place giving us the chance to unpack quickly with the minimum of fuss.

Shawn and his colleagues from the Removal Company have just moved my elderly Dad from South Devon to East Dorset
We contracted them to pack, dispose of unwanted items and the move itself
They were marvellous
Helpful, patient and kind even when a few items got packed that we needed and they had to unpack boxes to find these bits – all with a smile on their face
At the new address they took their time to allow us to move large items into the right location including moving beds around to get the best fit
Well done and thank you. You provide an excellent service and I would recommend you to anybody

Firstly the team .......the three young men you sent to undertake the removal on behalf of the company, were simply awesome. They showed respect courtesy a sense of humour, but also understood that at times I would need to take a deep breath, wipe my tears and then carry on. All of them understood without verbalising that I am grieving the loss of my husband, without saying a word. Sensitivity was shown throughout the day.
That Wednesday it was extremely hot, moving from Cullompton with a straight path to the lorries was fine. However, it was another story at the other end with seven steps up a small path and four more steps. Not once did I hear them complain.
As an ex-Manager, I would have been proud to have called them my team I am sure that you are. They gave 110% on the day. My sister was with me she also wished to share my views on the service three young men gave, she could not believe how hard they worked and also the fact that they exceeded our expectations.
Dan shared that once I had unpacked that I should contact you to arrange to have the boxes collected. I apologised in the delay however as you are aware I do work shifts. Therefore if you could share with me a couple of dates and times, I am sure that we can arrange a mutual time for collection.

We would like to thank you and your amazing “crew” for the fantastic service that we received during our house move. From the first contact with you I was re-assured that our move would be professionally managed and I was given confidence that nothing would be a problem for you, even moving my precious piano.
On the day of our move we had high wind, heavy rain and a lot of stuff to move, your staff were simply the best and a credit to you; they worked cheerfully and solidly all day and didn’t stop until every last item (including my piano) was safely installed in our new home at about 6.30 in the evening.
Once again thank-you very much and please pass on our gratitude to all of your staff for their superb service. We would recommend you without a doubt.

We just wanted to write and thank you and your team for a remarkably stress free moving experience. Your team were incredibly polite, very hard working and very good at their job. They had done their homework in checking out the location we were moving to so on the move day itself were completely organised and prepared.
